If you are selling, our experienced Utah real estate agents will provide a full service listing for a flat fee of $1,500, regardless of listing price ($235 at the time of listing and $1,265 when your house sells at closing).

Full Service Elite Program
This program provides all the necessary services to ensure your house will sell. Utah Home Central knows what it takes to sell homes, and we are confident we can sell yours. In addition to all the features of the basic Flat Fee Program, we will also provide a professional photo tour, home staging assistance, professional home cleaning, color flyers, and many other features to ensure your house sells.
We offer two different pricing options for this program:
1) You can pay the traditional 3%* of purchase price, payable when your house sells or;
2) You can pay a listing fee of $375 (paid at the time of listing) and only 1.5%* of purchase price when your house sells.
