We are so confident that our high tech marketing system can sell your house in 120 days or less, that we’ll waive our fee if it doesn’t and we'll still continue to market your home until it does sell.
How does the guarantee work? Once you decide to sell your home, we will do the following:
- Make a visit to your house to preview it. This allows us to:
- Assess the condition of your home to help you price it.
- Give staging tips to help you sell faster and for more money.
- Become familiar with your home and its amenities for advertising and selling purposes.
- We then perform a market analysis to determine the market value of your home (i.e. what it would sell for in today's market).
- Together we will design a plan to ensure your house sells.
- Implement our high tech marketing system
- If your home does not sell within the 120 day period, we will still continue to market your home, but you will not be obligated to pay us a fee when your home sells
The term “Sells” is defined as an agreed upon contract with a ready and willing buyer. Since some sales stay under contract for long periods of time, our guarantee is considered met when you, the seller, has a contract with a buyer to purchase your house.
