Seller Special - Free Full Service Listing with Purchase:
If you will be purchasing a home, and allow us to help with the purchase, we will provide you with a full service listing and sell your house for FREE. You will still be required to pay a buyer's agent a commission if that agent brings you a buyer, but you will pay no listing commission.

Buyers Special - up to 50% of our commission back:
If you will be purchasing a home, we will rebate up to 50% of our commission back to you. The amount of the rebate is dependent on how many homes we show you. Below is a schedule of how we calculate the rebate:
1 - 5 home showings = we rebate 50% of our commission.
6 - 15 home showings = we rebate 37.5% of our commission.
16 - 25 home showings = we rebate 25% of our commission
26 - Until we find you a home = we rebate 12.5% of our commission.
