UtahHomeCentral - Buyers Reward Program
We rebate a portion of our commission back to you in an effort to help you with moving costs, such as new furniture, kitchen appliances, lawn & garden equipment, potential repairs or anything else you might need to make your house a home. It is our way of saying "Thank You" for your business.
How Does The Rebate Work?
The rebate is based on the purchase price of the home you purchase. The higher the price, the larger the commission we receive, and therefore the more we can afford to rebate.* Here's how it works:

Is this legal?
Yes. Per the Utah Division of Real Estate, Administrative Rule R162-6 section 62.2.12, "A gift given by a principal broker to a buyer or seller, lessor or lessee, in a real estate transaction as an inducement to use the services of a real estate brokerage, or in appreciation for having used the services of a brokerage, is permissible and is not an illegal sharing of commission".

*All rebates are calculated based on a 3% commission. If the commission offered is less than 3%, agents commission is calculated as though it were a 3% commission and the balance is rebated back to the client. Every client is guaranteed to receive a minimum of $500 cash back.
Federal Housing Tax Credit for First Time Home Buyers - $8,000
If you are a First Time Home Buyer or someone who has not owned a home for three (3) years, you are eligible for an $8,000 tax credit if you purchase a home by April 30th, 2009.
Utah Home Run 2 Grant- $4,000
Whether you are a First Time Home Buyer or not, if you purchase a newly constructed home (i.e. one that has never been lived in), you may be eligible for a $4,000 grant from the state of Utah. There are only a limited number of grants available. Once they are gone, the program ends.
Other Ways To Get Cash Back
In addition to the cash listed above, there are other ways we can help you get cash back. For one, we are 95% successful in getting sellers to pay your closing costs for you. If you are looking to purchase a brand new home, we are many times able to negotiate cash incentives from the builder.
