Realtors Key Box
The advantage of a Realtors Key Box is that you don't have to be home to let Realtors into your house, and only Realtors can access this box. The box also keeps track of who has accessed your house, so if you even want to know if someone has been inside, you can. For security reasons we highly recommend you use a Realtors Key Box instead of the combination contractor key boxes. Please note that Realtor Key Boxes are only available in Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah counties.
Color Flyers For The Inside
We offer color flyers for the inside of your house. This way interested buyers visiting your home can take one with them and remember your house among all the other they might have seen that day. We don't recommend flyers for the outside. Most outside flyers are taken by non-interested people who are just curious about the selling price of your home. In addition, these flyers often get ruined by rain and sprinklers. Therefore, we offer a 24 hour information hotline people can call to get all the information they want about the house.

Attend Closing
The last thing you want to have happen is get to the closing table only to find out the Title Company doesn't have all the terms of the contract correct. This could delay the funding and cause all kinds of grief for yourself and your buyer. We will coordinate with the Title Company to ensure they have all the figures correct ahead of time so you can feel confident all will go well when you come to closing.
