Utah Home Central is looking for a few agents to join our team. Whether you are already practicing real estate or are thinking of a career in real estate, Utah Home Central would like to speak with you.

Utah Home Central is a full service discount brokerage. We offer all the same services traditional real estate brokerages in Utah offer, but we simply don't charge the same fees. Because of our business model, we experience several advantages, and some disadvantages, over traditional brokerage. Here are just a few:

Pros:

• It attracts potential customers to you, especially in this economy where so many homeowners have lost a significant amount of their equity.
• Since potential customers come seeking you, there is less cold calling.
• Your referral business builds rapidly. Because of the business model, you will list and sell more homes than the average agent. Assuming your customers are satisfied with your services, they will tell all their friends and family about you.
• Many of your listings also turn into Buyer clients.
• Active listings also generate additional clients. The more listings you have, the greater the potential you have to acquire more clients. 

Cons:

• You get paid less for each transaction than traditional sales, but you make up for it in volume.
